OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY IS DELIVERED ACROSS 3 UNIQUE PROGRAM STRUCTURES:

STRONG, LEAN AND FIT.
Strong
STRONG is our performance based program centred on developing strength in all its forms. Our coaching focuses on the fundamentals of lifting whilst safely moving the body under load. This is a progressive overload training program designed to push you to your peak and level up through each and every session.
Lean
LEAN is your results driven resistance training program that will have you looking, feeling and moving better with each workout. The LEAN program encompasses full body conditioning, core, and a focus on developing the posterior chain, pushing you to perform and transform with each session.
Fit
FIT is our conditioning program designed to challenge your energy systems, test your work rate and build endurance. FIT sessions are programmed with mixed modalities of fitness to develop strength, speed, power and aerobic endurance. We utilise erg machines, accessory weights and barbell movements in a variety of session formats to keep you engaged.

WEEKLY FOCUS

AT ATÓRA, WE DON'T OFFER RANDOMISED WORKOUTS. INSTEAD, OUR SCIENCE-BASED TRAINING APPROACH IS STRUCTURED AROUND THREE DISTINCT PROGRAMS, EACH UTILISING WEEKLY UNDULATING PERIODISATION FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS.

ENDURANCE

Endurance training focuses on building your stamina and improving your body's ability to sustain effort over longer periods.

STRENGTH

We focus on building raw strength through heavy lifting and low-rep, high-intensity exercises. The goal is to enhance your maximal power and improve performance in compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses.

METCON

Metcon week, the emphasis is on high-intensity, full- body workouts designed to improve cardiovascular capacity, burn fat, and increase work capacity.

HYBRID

Hybrid training brings together strength and conditioning into a balanced, high-intensity program. Expect a combination of heavy lifting, explosive movements, and endurance-building exercises.

MAINTENANCE

During maintenance week, the goal is to keep your fitness level steady while allowing your body to recover from intense training. Workouts are moderate in intensity, focusing on maintaining strength, mobility, and conditioning without pushing for personal bests.

PEAK

Peak week is about pushing your body to its highest potential, testing the limits of your strength, speed, and endurance. It involves max-effort lifts, and high- intensity conditioning circuits designed to bring out

14 WEEK BLOCK

EACH 14-WEEK TRAINING BLOCK IS DIVIDED INTO THREE, FOUR-WEEK MESOCYCLES WITH TESTING AT THE END OF EACH BLOCK TO EVALUATE PERFORMANCE AND SET GOALS FOR THE NEXT CYCLE.

EACH PHASE BUILDS UPON THE PREVIOUS, INCREASING LOAD AND INTENSITY, WHILE GRADUALLY REDUCING VOLUME AS YOU APPROACH TESTING IN PEAK WEEK.
