OUR PROGRAM

Our training methodology is delivered across 3 unique program structures: STRONG, LEAN and FIT and utilises weekly undulating periodisation.

Strong
STRONG is our performance based program centred on developing strength in all its forms. Our coaching focuses on the fundamentals of lifting whilst safely moving the body under load. This is a progressive overload training program designed to push you to your peak and level up through each and every session.
Lean
LEAN is your results driven resistance training program that will have you looking, feeling and moving better with each workout. The LEAN program encompasses full body conditioning, core, and a focus on developing the posterior chain, pushing you to perform and transform with each session.
Fit
FIT is our conditioning program designed to challenge your energy systems, test your work rate and build endurance. FIT sessions are programmed with mixed modalities of fitness to develop strength, speed, power and aerobic endurance. We utilise erg machines, accessory weights and barbell movements in a variety of session formats to keep you engaged.

Performance & Progression

There are no randomised workouts at ATÓRA. Our science-based training methodology is delivered across 3 unique program structures which utilise weekly undulating periodisation.

Our 14-Week MacroCycle

Each 14-week training block is divided into three, four-week mesocycles with testing at the end of each block to evaluate performance and set goals for the next cycle. Each phase builds upon the previous, increasing load and intensity, while gradually reducing volume as you approach testing in peak week.
